1. Heron Island (University of Queensland)

I went to Heron Island, a remote island on the Great Barrier Reef, with my marine biology class (MARS2005). We snorkeled nearly every morning at 6 a.m., and it was just beautiful every single day with lots of natural wildlife. — Erin, University of Queensland (home university: Tufts University)

2. Fraser Island (University of Queensland)

Lake Mckenzie on Fraser Island

I went to Fraser Island for my field ecology class, and Lake Mckenzie was gorgeous. — Becky, University of Queensland (home university: Northeastern University)
