The Nut

The Nut is a 143-meter high plateau, the only remnant of an ancient volcanic plug, located in the picturesque town of Stanley in northwestern Tasmania. From the summit, which can be reached by a 15-minute walk or by chairlift, take in the views of the surrounding Bass Strait, the nearby beaches, and the town at the Nut’s base.
