Springbrook National Park

Located an hour and a half from Brisbane, Springbrook National Park is part of the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia World Heritage Area, which contains a huge chunk of the world’s rainforests. The park is divided into four main sections: Springbrook Plateau, Mount Cougal, Natural Bridge, and Numinbah.

Throughout the park, you’ll find breathtaking waterfalls, such as the Plateau’s Purling Brook Falls and the Natural Bridge waterfall that flows into a cave with turquoise water. Additionally, you visit Natural Bridge at night, the cave’s glow worms will illuminate your path. And for the best views of the area, head to the lookout spots at the Plateau.
