Auckland Domain

The Auckland Domain is both Auckland’s oldest and largest park. Visitors can wander through the various walking trails to see some of New Zealand’s native flora, but the Domain’s two most popular attractions are the Auckland War Memorial Museum and the Wintergardens — a protected heritage site featuring glasshouses of temperate and tropical plants as well as a courtyard, pond, fernery, and quarry.
